Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a basic understanding of what’s expected, allowed and not allowed in the programme.  Please note the following guidelines:

Terms and Conditions – Registrations must be made by 15th  October   2009 and all payment must be made in full by 2oth October  2009. Any bookings after this date cannot be guaranteed. Delegates must pay for any extras ordered on departure. We operate a no refund policy.

Data Protection – By registering for the Summit, you are agreeing to the Summit organizers storing the personal information you provide on a database to be used by the organising committee for administration of the Summit.

Photographs – We may take photographs of the Summit as it proceeds. Unless you specifically request not to, you may appear in these images.

I agree to my name, job title and institution being included on the attendance list distributed to all delegates at the Summit.

Insurance: all participants are required to make their own arrangement for insurance. The Summit Secretariat will not accept liability for any damage to, or loss or theft of, any personal property or whatsoever while participating in the Summit.

Ensure a friendly atmosphere for all participants and agents of the events

Comply with existing UK/in-country laws

Encourage the freedom of expression and exchange of information in an objective manner

Attend meetings regularly and on time

All written materials, whether held on paper, designs  made or computer programmes , electronically or magnetically, which were made or acquired by  you during the course of your participation in the  Summit, are the Summit Secretariat ’s property and we retain copyright ownership

Any statements to reporters from newspapers, radio, television etc, in relation to the events will only be given by the Summit Secretariat or an appointed representative.

You are to exercise reasonable care to keep safe all documentary, money, property or other materials containing confidential information under your care, and you shall be responsible for any damage or loss.

At the end of your participation in the Summit, all international delegates are required to return back to their own country.

Photographing or filming of fellow colleagues, delegates in the Summit or any member of the public without their consent or Summit Secretariat’s authorization may breach your terms of agreement, and serious legal and disciplinary action shall be instituted.
